  • Women Donors Connect 2026 is taking place May 6-9 at The Higgins Hotel in New Orleans, LA.

  • Here’s some timing to help as you book your travel: On Wednesday, May 6, we’ll kick things off at 5pm CT with an opening reception. If you plan to participate in a pre-conference activity (details and signup coming soon!), you'll need to be at the hotel by 9am CT. On Friday, May 8, we’ll celebrate with a dinner and dance party. Before traveling home on Saturday, May 9, enjoy breakfast and take one last opportunity to connect with fellow participants.

    Women Donors Connect is an invite-only event for current members and invited prospective members and movement partners.

    Please choose one of these ticket types when registering:

    • Member – You are a current member of WDN

    • Prospective Member – For individual donors or allied funders interested in learning more about joining our network

  • Yes, our early bird discount is available until February 21, 2026. Enter promo code EARLYBIRD at checkout to get $300 off of your ticket.

  • Your conference ticket includes:

    • Access to all conference sessions and group meals beginning with our Opening Night Reception & Dinner on Wednesday, May 6, and ending with breakfast on Saturday morning, May 9

    • Access to a group rate at the conference hotel while rooms are available. Our discounted rate is available for interested participants who may want to extend their stay for three additional nights before or after the conference.

  • Yes! Select “Pay by Check” at checkout and contact us at fund@womendonors.org to set up installment payments.

  • Please email community@womendonors.org with “Registration Update” in the subject line, and we’ll help you make changes.

  • Tickets are not transferable, but you can cancel and have your colleague register separately.

    Please email community@womendonors.org with “Registration Cancellation” in the subject line. Include your cancellation reason and the name of the colleague you’d like to invite in your place. After you cancel, please send your colleague the registration link so they can register on their own.

    If you cancel before April 3, 2026, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted by sending an email to community@womendonors.org with “Cancellation” in the subject line. If you cancel on or before April 6, 2026, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. All refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

    Room cancellation charges may apply, at WDN’s discretion, in the event that the cancellation of your room reservation after April 6 causes our group to fall below our contractual minimum. We are not able to offer refunds after April 6

  • You’ll find an overview schedule and confirmed speakers to date on this website. We’ll be adding more program details as the event gets closer.

  • Women Donors Connect will take place in person. Main-stage sessions will be recorded and available to all WDN members following the conference. We’ll also share key highlights and takeaways in an email recap after the event.

  • To support full engagement for all attendees and keep sessions distraction-free, all formal programming, including mainstage sessions, breakouts, receptions, and meals, is limited to registered attendees only. We kindly ask that guests not attend these sessions.

  • All formal programming (mainstage sessions, breakouts, receptions, and meals) is for registered attendees only, and we kindly ask that children not attend these sessions. We are unable to provide group childcare; however, for conference attendees traveling with children, we are happy to provide a list of local childcare providers to support your conference participation. Please indicate your interest in childcare resources during registration; you may choose to hire one of the recommended providers or arrange your own care.

  • Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident! Most attendees gravitate toward business casual: dresses, jumpsuits, sweaters, nice tops, slacks, or jeans. You’ll see a wide mix, and all of it is welcome.

    Conference spaces are never the perfect temperature for everyone, so we recommend bringing a light layer like a cardigan or shawl that you can easily add or remove.

    For our Friday night dance party, we invite you to show up in your version of “WDN sparkle”—however that speaks to you. Sequins, shimmer, cultural or ethnic attire, a bold accessory, a fun lip… anything that helps you feel festive and ready to dance.

    Wear what feels good for you. This is a judgment-free, come-as-you-are space.

  • We’re excited to have you join us! We send out regular communications about our conference, including agenda details, special opportunities, and important logistical details. You’ll also receive a detailed program before the convening. 

    Our team also hosts Women Donors Connect 101 on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m., just before we officially kick things off with our welcome happy hour and opening night programming. This is a great way to meet other first-time attendees and newer members before the conference begins. Our team is here to answer any questions!
